Our guided quad tour begins at the Alcantara Gorges: we will start a fun and thrilling trek experience up to a village called Francavilla di Sicilia. With so much varied terrain out there, in this trek, there really is something for everyone. Smiles are very much the order of the day!

Outdoor clothing and gloves (we suggest that you dress in layers)
We recommend wearing sportswear appropriate for the season. Our expert guides will be waiting for you at the meeting point near the Alcantara Gorges. Before setting off at full speed on your quads, you’ll receive a short briefing on the route and will be shown how to safely ride your quads to make the most of this experience. Then, all that’s left to do is put on your helmet (provided) and the adventure begins.
The tour lasts approximately an hour and a half, and each quad driver can bring a passenger with them, who can share the driving duties if they wish. Please note that this activity is suitable for everyone, both experts and beginners. In addition to admiring the wild landscapes and small, characteristic villages along the way, you’ll take a break near the Alcantara Gorges to admire the beauty of the Alcantara River, cradled by dark basalt rocks.

Yes, tours to the Alcantara Gorges are generally suitable for everyone. Some activities, such as simple access to the park, do not require particular physical preparation. For river routes or more adventurous experiences, good mobility is recommended.
Not always mandatory, but for activities involving entering the river, it is recommended to feel comfortable in the water. For river excursions, proper instructions and equipment are provided.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, water shoes or sports shoes that can get wet, a dry change of clothes, and sunscreen during the summer months.
In case of adverse weather conditions or high river levels, tours may be cancelled or postponed. A rescheduling option is usually offered. If the tour is cancelled, since payment is made on site, you will not lose anything.
