The first part of the tour is dedicated to exploration: accompanied by an expert guide, you’ll reach a mountain chalet, visit the 2002 lava flow and walk to the 1865 lateral craters along an easy, scenic trail. The most spectacular moment? Observing up close the traces of the last major eruption, in a lunar landscape of rare beauty.
The second part is all about taste: at a selected winery at the foot of Etna, expert sommeliers guide you through the finest Etna DOC wines, paired with typical Sicilian products for an authentic and relaxing lunch.
The tour is available all year round, is conducted in Italian and English, and is ideal for anyone wanting a different experience during their cruise stopover, combining nature, culture and the pleasures of the table.
Prices Private Tour
The tour price is fixed, transparent and inclusive of transport, guide and technical equipment. It does not include the tasting and lunch (€45 per person, payable on site).
For groups of 1 to 3 people, the cost is €399; for 4 to 6 people, it is €499; and for 7 to 8 people, it is €599. The larger the group, the less you pay per person.

A 30% deposit is required to book the tour. The balance can be paid on the day of the experience. If the tour is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
